West Condemns Syria Without Any Indication of Guilt

UPDATE 15:00 EDT:   US and allied intelligence agencies have made a preliminary assessment that Syrian government forces used chemical weapons to attack an area near Damascus this week and that the act likely had high-level approval from President Bashar Assad’s government, according to US and European security sources.

The sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, cautioned that the assessment is preliminary and, at this stage, they are still seeking conclusive proof.

Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz talked by phone Friday night with top US
soldier Gen. Martin Dempsey on the situation in Syria, 24 hours after a
conversation on the same subject between Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon and US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel.

West Condemns Syria Without Any Indication of Guilt

While the Assad Syrian government welcomes chemical inspectors to visit the latest chemical attack site,  Russia’s Foreign Ministry said on Friday Syria’s opposition was preventing an objective investigation into allegations the Syrian government carried out a chemical weapons attack.

“Much needed signals from the opposition, including its readiness to guarantee the safety and effective work of UN experts on territory controlled by militants, unfortunately are not forthcoming,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

“The insurgents are directly preventing an objective investigation into the possible use of chemical weapons in Syria.”

This news comes as the western propaganda machine distorts the situation by loudly proclaiming that Assad must agree to an inspection, he has already agreed to.

Without any investigation; Britain said on Friday it believed forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar Assad were responsible for the chemical weapons attack.

Turkey urged the UN Security Council on Friday to take “concrete action” after a deadly attack in Syria in which it said chemical weapons had clearly been used.

“There is nothing left to say now regarding the events that are taking place in Syria, it is now time for actual concrete action,” Turkish President Abdullah Gul told reporters in Istanbul on Friday.

Obama is considering an order to attack Syria, claiming that the Syrian government will not allow inspections and therefore must be guilty.

Only the Anglo American’s will buy into this propaganda, the rest of the world knows better.

The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement saying it does not accept the European pressure on the UN Security Council to take action against the Syrian regime.  The statement called on Europe to stop its anti-Syrian propaganda.
